Disciple and Discipleship
A disciple is an apprentice sort of. There are many examples of this in the Bible; Moses and Joshua, Elijah and Elisha, the high priests and the Pharisees. Even in other religions: Buddha, Mohammed, and even Jesus and their followers. In history, discipleship has been known to be the most viral form of proliferating a doctrine, belief or religion. In today's world, corporate businesses engage in something like this but calls it another name like network marketing and so on. It is the scientific replica of a one-to-one system of establishing a solid base clientele, if you will. This is also the pattern that leads to many cult. When someone brings another, and he also brings another and the chain continues. Before long, a viral, solid, and strong pyramidal membership cult is birthed. Many great leaders and world leaders who founded solid movement employ a one to one system for membership. It is effective and the membership is very patriotic and cultic, even to death. Jesus instituted this system with His disciples; to go into all the nations but through discipleship, one on one. The Gospel spread like wild fire through this process. The Bible says that the disciples "turned the world upside down," one person at a time. Sects like Jehovah's Witnesses and the Mormons are still active in this, and they are quietly gaining ground. Islam is also using this strategy now in the USA and they are busy and silently converting many white Americans, celebrities, and high profile officials in government circles not only to Islam but Jihad. You may want to do a little research on this and amaze yourself. Enrol Now or Read More about Discipleship
